Tutoring sessions are primarily conducted in-person at your home for personalized one-on-one learning. However, many tutors also offer online sessions via video call. You can discuss and agree on the mode of teaching with your tutor before starting.

To become a tutor, click on "Get Started" and select the tutor registration option. Fill out the application form with your qualifications, experience, subjects you can teach, and preferred locations. Our team will review your application and get in touch with you.

We require tutors to have at least a Bachelor's degree in their subject area. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for all positions. We also conduct background checks to ensure student safety.

Tutors are paid on a monthly basis directly to their bank account. The payment includes all completed sessions minus our platform fee. You can track your earnings through your tutor dashboard.

Tutoring fees vary based on the tutor's experience, subject, grade level, and location. On average, fees range from ₹300 to ₹1000 per hour. You can see the tutor's fees on their profile before booking.

We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

If a session is cancelled by the tutor or if you're unsatisfied with a session, you can request a refund within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

All tutors go through a rigorous verification process including identity verification, qualification checks, background verification, and an interview. We also collect reviews from students to maintain quality standards.

Yes, we take data privacy very seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your contact details with tutors until a booking is confirmed, and we never sell your data to third parties.
