These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of LearnBazzar Academy's Website, located at https://learnbazzar.in.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Learnbazzar if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

LearnBazzar Academy: Terms & Conditions for Students and Teachers

Registration for Teachers:

• Teachers must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹199. This fee is valid for two year, allowing unlimited assignments.

• Teachers को ₹199 का non-refundable registration fee देना होगा। यह fee दो साल के लिए valid है, जिसमें unlimited assignments मिल सकते हैं।

Priority Group Access:

• Registered teachers are added to a priority group where new tuition leads are posted first. If no suitable teacher is found, the lead is shared in the normal group after one hour.

• Registered teachers को एक priority group में add किया जाता है, जहां नए tuition leads पहले post किए जाते हैं। अगर कोई suitable teacher नहीं मिलता है, तो एक घंटे बाद normal group में lead share की जाती है।

Access to Tuition Details:

• Tuition details, including contact information, will be provided immediately after the registration fee is paid.

• Registration fee का payment होते ही आपको tuition details और contact information मिल जाएगी।

Demo Classes for Students:

• The first two days of any tuition are considered demo classes. If the tuition does not continue, no payment is required for these days.

• किसी भी tuition के पहले दो दिन demo classes ली जाएंगी। अगर tuition आगे नहीं बढ़ता है, तो इन दिनों के लिए कोई payment नहीं होगा।

Demo Class Requirements for Teachers:

• Teachers must contact guardians and attend demo classes promptly. Failure to do so will result in removal from the priority list.

• Teachers को तुरंत guardians से contact करना होगा और demo classes में समय पर उपस्थित होना होगा । ऐसा न करने पर priority list से हटा दिया जाएगा।

Commission Structure:

• We deduct a 50% share of the first month's tuition fee. This 50% is paid in advance to the academy. The remaining 50% can be paid directly to the teacher. For consecutive months, the full fee should be paid directly to the teacher. If the tuition lasts only one month, the share is reduced to 25%, unless the teacher is at fault.

• पहले महीने के tuition fee का 50% हमारा commission होगा, जो academy को advance में दिया जाएगा। बाकी 50% सीधे teacher को दिया जा सकता है। अगले महीनों से, पूरी fee सीधे teacher को दी जानी चाहिए। अगर tuition सिर्फ एक महीने के लिए चलता है, तो share 25% तक कम हो जाता है, जब तक कि teacher की गलती न हो।

Referral Bonus:

• Teachers who refer new tuition to the platform will receive 25% of the first month’s fee.

Non-Adjustable Fee:

• The registration fee cannot be adjusted against any tuition fees.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee for teachers:

• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
