3. User Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Tutor Eligibility and Verification

Tutors must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess relevant educational qualifications in their subject areas
• Pass our background verification process
• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

LearnBazzar reserves the right to reject any tutor application or terminate tutor accounts that do not meet our standards.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Booking

• Students can book tutoring sessions through the Platform
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received
• Students must provide accurate information about their requirements

5.2 Cancellation

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds

6. Payment Terms

• All fees are displayed clearly before booking
• Payments must be made in advance through approved payment methods
• LearnBazzar charges a platform fee for connecting students with tutors
• Tutors are paid according to the payment schedule outlined in their agreement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

7. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Treat each other with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share inappropriate content or materials
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the Platform for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system

8. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform is owned by LearnBazzar or licensed to us
• Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Tutors retain ownership of their teaching materials but grant us a license to use them on the Platform
• The LearnBazzar name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnBazzar acts as a platform connecting students with tutors. We:

• Do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
• Are not responsible for the quality of tutoring services provided by tutors
• Are not liable for any disputes between students and tutors
• Do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Receives multiple complaints from other users
• Remains inactive for an extended period

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
